1. About Solutionsang
Solutionsang Inc is a technology company responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating the customer-facing application integrated with the Bridge API. The application retrieves and displays account information, balances, and transaction history supplied by Bridge. Requests made through the application are transmitted to Bridge.
Solutionsang does not independently open or maintain bank accounts, receive or hold customer funds, execute payment transactions, perform currency or stablecoin conversions, custody digital assets, or control customers' private keys.
2. Financial services provided through Bridge
The underlying services available through the integration include customer onboarding, identity verification, eligibility checks, account provisioning, payment processing, transaction execution, USD-to-stablecoin conversion, settlement, and provider-side compliance screening. Bridge and its relevant financial institution or service-provider partners perform these functions according to the applicable program and service agreements.
Your Bridge terms and any applicable financial-partner agreements describe the services available to you, the provider responsible for them, and the conditions for using them. Available currencies and payment rails depend on your location, customer type, and eligibility.
3. Application and identity verification
To begin, connect your wallet and enter the information requested in the application. Solutionsang transmits the details needed to create your Bridge onboarding link. You will then be asked to review the applicable provider terms and complete Bridge's verification process.
Bridge or its designated verification providers may request identity, address, tax, business ownership, or source-of-funds information. The evidence required and the time needed for review depend on your application. Submit documents through the designated verification flow and respond to requests for additional information there.
Solutionsang displays the verification and terms-acceptance statuses received from Bridge. Bridge and its relevant partners make the provider-side eligibility and verification decisions. Solutionsang does not independently conduct customer KYC verification or operate Bridge's transaction-monitoring systems.
Once the required checks are complete, select the available receiving account option and confirm your request. Bridge processes the account request under its service conditions. Additional eligible accounts can be requested through the dashboard or bank-details page where supported.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
Applicants must be at least 18, have the legal capacity to use the services, and provide accurate, complete information. Business applicants must be authorized to act for the business they represent. Keep your information current and complete any further checks requested by Bridge or its partners.
The services must not be used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful or prohibited activities. Geographic restrictions, sanctions requirements, and permitted uses are set out in the applicable provider terms and financial-partner requirements.
5. Platform operation and support
Solutionsang is responsible for its technology platform and API integration, protection of API credentials, accurate transmission of information required by Bridge, customer disclosures, and platform records. We coordinate customer support and promptly escalate complaints or potentially suspicious activity in accordance with the applicable agreement.
We rely on Bridge's infrastructure for the underlying financial functions. Solutionsang does not operate banking or payment-processing infrastructure of its own. Questions about an application, account, or transaction can be raised with our support team for investigation and coordination with Bridge.
6. Service reviews and account closure
Bridge or its relevant partners may request further information, review a transaction, decline a request, or restrict services in accordance with their agreements and applicable requirements. Our application displays the provider status as updates become available. Solutionsang may also restrict access to its application to address a security incident, misuse, or a required instruction.
To request closure of your provider account, contact support so that we can coordinate the request with Bridge. Pending transactions and outstanding requirements may need to be completed first. Disconnecting your wallet ends the connection to the application; provider-account closure and receiving-account deactivation are separate requests.
7. Payment information, fees, and risks
Check the account details, supported payment rail, destination address, network, and any quote or fee information before making a payment. Provider charges, conversion costs, network fees, and any disclosed platform fee may apply. Review the provider's payment instructions and your receipt for the specific operation.
Processing reviews and network conditions can affect completion times and the arrival of status updates. Stablecoins and blockchain transfers carry risks, including changes in value, service or network interruptions, and irreversible transfers to an incorrect address. Review the risk disclosures and any service-specific protections in your applicable Bridge terms before using these services.
8. Contact and policy updates
Email support@solutionsang.xyz for platform assistance, a service question, or a complaint. Include a transaction reference, date, amount, and description where relevant. Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly and follow the reporting instructions in your provider terms. Never send private keys, recovery phrases, or API credentials.
Our privacy policy explains how platform information is handled. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide further notice where required.
