1. Scope of this policy
Solutionsang Inc develops, maintains, and operates the customer-facing application at solutionsang.xyz. This policy covers the information we use to operate the website, connect to the Bridge API, display account information, and coordinate support.
Bridge and its relevant partners provide the underlying financial services. Their handling of personal information is described in the applicable Bridge and financial-partner privacy notices. Solutionsang does not hold customer funds, custody digital assets, or control customers' private keys.
2. Information we handle
- Application details: your name, email address, individual or business selection, invitation information, and receiving-account preferences submitted through our interface.
- Wallet and onboarding records: your public wallet address, connector and network identifiers, setup progress, Bridge customer and verification-link identifiers, and terms and verification statuses returned by Bridge.
- Account and transaction records: receiving-account identifiers, labels, currencies, destination addresses, and account status. We also store transaction and account-activity records received through API responses and webhooks. These may include amounts, fees, timestamps, sender details, payment references, receipts, transaction hashes, and provider response data. Account details and balances supplied by Bridge are retrieved for display.
- Website and support records: requests, connection and error logs, technical metadata, and correspondence you send to our support team.
- Product-update subscriptions: your email address, subscription source and time, and an IP address and browser user-agent when available.
3. Information collected during Bridge verification
Identity documents and other verification evidence are submitted through the verification flow provided by Bridge or its designated providers. Bridge conducts the provider-side review and sends onboarding identifiers, progress, and results to the application. Customer information available through the API may also be retrieved to support the integration.
Bridge's privacy notices explain its use of verification information and its sharing with financial institutions, verification providers, and other recipients. Use the designated verification flow when documents are requested; do not send identity documents or wallet credentials in ordinary support messages.
4. How we use information
We use information to associate your wallet with your setup record, transmit required details and requests to Bridge, restore onboarding progress, display account information and transaction history, and remember labels and preferences. We also use relevant records to investigate technical problems, protect the application, respond to support requests, coordinate complaints, and meet applicable legal and contractual recordkeeping requirements.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide the requested platform service, meet legal duties, pursue permitted legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation, or act on your consent where required. Product-update subscriptions are optional. You can request removal from that list without closing your account. We do not sell or rent platform personal information.
5. Sharing information
We send relevant information to Bridge for onboarding, account and service requests, record synchronization, and support or complaint coordination. We also provide information needed to escalate potentially suspicious activity under the applicable agreement.
Hosting, storage, connectivity, and other technical suppliers may process information needed to operate our application. Your selected wallet and connection provider handle information under their own privacy notices. We may disclose information where lawfully required by an authority or needed to address misuse, a security incident, or a dispute. A business reorganization may involve relevant records, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
6. Browser storage and wallet information
The application uses browser local storage to remember wallet state and receiving-account choices. The administrator area uses a session cookie. Wallet-connection services and Bridge-hosted pages may use their own storage under their respective notices.
Clearing browser storage can reset preferences or disconnect your wallet. To request deletion of platform records or closure of a provider account, contact support. Public wallet addresses and transaction hashes may identify you when combined with other information. Entries recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly available.
7. Retention, security, and processing locations
We retain records for as long as needed to operate the application, resolve outstanding matters, investigate security issues, and meet applicable legal or contractual requirements. Retention varies by record type and purpose. Information no longer required will be deleted or anonymized. Bridge applies its own retention requirements to the records it holds.
Solutionsang is responsible for protecting its technology platform, API integration, credentials, and platform records. Keep your device and wallet credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Never disclose private keys or recovery phrases to support.
Information is processed in the locations used by our infrastructure and technical suppliers. Bridge's privacy policies describe its international processing. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards.
8. Privacy requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information, or ask to restrict or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements may affect how a request can be fulfilled.
For information held by Solutionsang, email support@solutionsang.xyz and describe your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. For information held by Bridge, follow the instructions in its applicable privacy policy or contact privacy@bridge.xyz. We coordinate requests involving both services where needed. You may also raise a privacy concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
9. Age requirements and updates
Financial-service onboarding is intended for people aged 18 or older who meet the provider's eligibility requirements. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can assess the matter. We update the date on this policy when its content changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
